I went for a walk
not knowing it would change my life
when I found a rock
painted bright green with some advice

I took that rock home
and quickly displayed it on my shelf
how was I to know
that it belonged to someone else
didn't know there was a message on the back
telling me to re-hide it
take a picture post it to the internet
tell them where they can find it
I soon figured out that this rock was somehow cursed
started experiencing luck that was the worst
day 1 I got gum on my shoe
day 2 my cat ran up a tree
day 3 my ice cream fell to the floor
day 4 I can't take it no more
day 5 ahhhhh ahhhh ahhh

so I met up with Danny the geologist
he examined the rock that put me through all of this
he said
the only way the curse will be broken
is if
you join a group on the internet then
re-hide the rock
take a picture where you hid it
not too obvious
because that is cheating
there were so many rules
my head started spinning
I recall the message "set yourself free"
so I let that sink in
I picked the lock
did not have the key
easier than I thought
then I set myself free
I looked down a lot
until one day it paid off
when I found a rock
